As a creative entrepreneur, your energy and mental clarity are your greatest assets. Yet, the journey of innovation can often leave you feeling drained, stressed, or anxious. 

I have gone through three phases in my life regarding health and wellbeing and I will transparently share with you the outcome. From unawareness phase of the importance of health to extra obsessive of looking too skinny and underweight phase to balanced diet. My energy in all phases differs and indeed the best time I was at when I incubated a prophetic balanced Hala diet with decent active routine.

The secret to sustaining your creative momentum lies in investing in your health—body, mind, and soul.

your body is a reflection of what you are experiencing in your creative entrepreneurial journey and it gives you signs to adjust accordingly.

Here I am sharing my favorite must have 12 powerful foods to enhance your well-being and boost your productivity:

1. Dates: A Power-Packed Snack

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "A house which has dates will not go hungry."

  • Benefits: High in energy, fiber, and nutrients. Perfect for breaking your fast or curbing midday hunger.

2. Honey: The Liquid Gold

Qur'an (16:69): "In it is healing for people."

  • Benefits: A natural sweetener and remedy, honey boosts immunity and soothes stress.

3. Milk: The Nature's Elixir

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "No food or drink satisfies like milk."

  • Benefits: Strengthens bones and provides essential nutrients to keep you active.

4. Barley (Talbina): A Soothing Comfort

In overwhelming days like the one we live at and during hardship and sadness, it is crucial to be awareness of this soul remedy as Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "Talbina soothes the heart of the patient."

  • Benefits: Improves digestion and calms the mind during stressful periods.

5. Olive Oil: The Liquid Sunshine

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ): "Eat olive oil and anoint yourselves with it."

  • Benefits: Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, it supports brain and heart health.

6. Vinegar: A Flavorful Boost

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ): "What an excellent condiment vinegar is!"

  • Benefits: Enhances digestion and adds zest to your meals.

Qur'an (55:68): "In them are fruits, date palms, and pomegranates."

  • Benefits: Packed with antioxidants, it's a powerhouse for immunity and heart health.

8. Black Seed (Nigella Sativa): A Universal Remedy

Seven seeds every day is all what my scholar advice to take early morning on an empty stomach.

As Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "In the black seed is healing for every disease except death."

When we talk about real treasure we are talking about the most nutritionist fruits.

It was mentioned in the Quran for it is high value "By the fig and the olive."

Qur'an (16:11): "And grapes and all kinds of fruits."

  • Benefits: Full of vitamins and antioxidants for heart and brain health.

Bananas were beautifully mentioned an described the Quraan for its important nutrition "Clustered banana trees."

  • Benefits: Rich in potassium and energy, they fuel your creative bursts.

12. Ginger: A Spicy Healer

When it comes to ginger, I cannot emphasis on how therapeutic ginger is.

it was mentioned also in the Qur'an "A drink mixed with ginger." I believe any fruit or vegetable mentioned in the Quraan is mentioned for a reason and we are here to obey and consume the best for our soul, mind and body.

Ginger is one of them and I have tried it for many years and I can conclude that my mental clarity and body feels much healthier when I add ginger to my daily consumption.

Whether to include it in cold or hot beverage or add it to your food you will feel and see the difference.

  • Benefits: Anti-inflammatory and digestion-friendly, ginger keeps you balanced and energized.
